How can I use less searches?

There are some settings in SharkScope Desktop that you can use to reduce the number of searches used. This comes at the price of less information.

To reduce searches:

1. Go to Tools -> Preferences… (on Windows) or SharkScope Desktop -> Preferences… on Mac.
2. Ensure Cache player info for 24 hours is selected.
3. Change Minimum hands before fetching info to a higher number than the default of 1. Change it to “5”, and you’ll never use a search for players at a table for less than five hands. This is available for Gold (or higher) subscribers.
4. Select Use Searches for tournaments only
